1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons or promotional events, order processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Locations

Currently, MEETHI DASTAAN delivers across India.

We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve more customers nationwide.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing an order.


3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

We may offer:

  • Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

  • Standard Shipping Charges based on order value, product weight, and delivery location.

Any ongoing shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping Confirmation Email

  • Tracking Number

  • Courier Partner Details

6. Packaging

Every MEETHI DASTAAN product is carefully packed to maintain freshness and product quality.

Our packaging is designed to:

  • Maintain hygiene standards

  • Prevent leakage and contamination

  • Preserve freshness until delivery


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will generally make up to three delivery attempts.

If the customer is unavailable after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Mobile Number

  • Delivery Address

  • PIN Code

MEETHI DASTAAN shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if the damage is significant.

  • Take clear photographs of the package.

  • Contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


11. Failed Deliveries

Orders may be returned to us if:

  • Customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.

  • Incorrect shipping address is provided.

  • Delivery is refused without valid reason.

If the order is returned, customers may be required to pay applicable re-shipping charges.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
